ELC applies to Flying Fish training in windsurfing, dinghy sailing and yachting at NQF Level 3 and above. The eligible courses are Windsurf and Dinghy Sail Instructor Upgrades and all Yachtmaster (YM) training: YM Commercial, YM Fast-track, YM Pro Traineeship, YM Ocean Traineeship, YM Part 3 (Yachtmaster Offshore) and YM Part 4 (Yachtmaster Ocean).
