Recruiters at Activity Holiday specialist, Crystal, have chosen Flying Fish as their preferred training provider for watersports instructors.
Not only is this a good opportunity to train, qualify and join a great team, Crystal will contribute up to £400 towards course fees for any Flying Fish graduates who join them.
With Beach Active clubs in Greece, Turkey and Croatia, Crystal are looking for qualified Windsurfing and Dinghy Sailing Instructors.
The offer is available to all Flying Fish students who have graduated in 2007 or students who will graduate early in 2008. You must notify Crystal Active that you are a Flying Fish graduate when you submit your application to work.
Your first step is to choose your training programme in Sydney, Australia, or Vassiliki, Greece.

To be eligible for the £400 contribution the following terms and conditions apply :
1 All candidates will be subject to Crystal Active's normal application, interview and assessment process
2 Candidates must notify Crystal Active that they are Flying Fish graduates when submitting their application to work
3 Your Flying Fish course must be successfully completed and a full RYA dinghy or windsurf instructor award obtained
4 This offer is not available to existing employees working as Crystal Active waterfront instructors
5 Verification of your attendance on a Flying Fish course is required
6 The contribution is only available to candidates who can work and successfully complete a full season with Crystal Active (ie April to October 2008 inclusive)
7 Payment will not be made if there are performance or disciplinary issues whilst working for Crystal Active
8 The scheme is non-contractual
9 Payment is made at the end of the 2008 season
