Club Dahab is located on the shores of the Red Sea on Egypt's South Sinai Peninsula. Diving conditions are unrivalled worldwide, with exceptional visibility, a breathtaking diversity of sea life, spectacular topography and blissfully warm water. You will discover coral gardens, arches, canyons and caves, with a huge diversity of reef fish and invertebrates.
Dahab is home to some of the world’s most famous dive sites but also offers plenty of diving on untouched, virgin reefs. The Blue Hole, 55m in diameter, plunges to unimaginable depths. The Canyon offers a beautiful dive into a huge cavern – an incredible night dive, especially with the full moon. The Islands is another world-class dive site. Three underwater coral islands provide a swim through corridors of colour, teeming with fish. The Lighthouse is Dahab’s first reef - a beautiful place to learn to dive. It is home to many species, including the elusive frog fish.
Dahab is also one of the world's top spots for windsurfing thanks to its impressive wind record of Force 4 - 7 on more than 300 days a year. If that sounds a bit scary, it is also the perfect place to learn the sport. Dahab offers wide open stretches for slalom blasting, a protected lagoon for beginners and freestyle practice, and great waves of the bump-and-jump variety. Dahab is our favourite windsurfing spot for variety of sailing conditions and reliable wind.
The relaxed way of life means you can do as much or as little as you like. And there’s more than diving and windsurfing! You can climb, trek, fish, explore – there is something for everyone here. At the end of your day Dahab offers the perfect atmosphere for easy socialising with like-minded people in the bars and bazaars of this charming village.
