Learn to sail

learn to sail

Learning to sail opens up a whole world of enjoyment. Flying Fish operates the Royal Yachting Association (RYA)and Yachting Australia teaching schemes, aimed at getting you enjoying your time on the water as quickly as possible.

Courses are 'hands-on' - so you can be sure you'll be getting involved, not watching somebody else! For the quickest route to the water, you should join the RYA Start Sailing Level 1 course. You'll soon be afloat under supervision.

The real base for your sailing career is the RYA Basic Skills Level 2 course. This will teach you to control your boat in light winds and help you start to get to grips with seamanship.
