Just you, your board and the waves. Once mastered there is nothing to equal surfing. More than a sport - this is a way of life. To some it is the thrill of cutting back into the barrel of a tubing wave. To others it is simply sitting astride the board watching the dolphins and the sunrise with the dawn patrol.
Once you stand up and ride your first unbroken wave you will be hooked. You will have a new reason to travel, searching out the best spots, and you will develop a new language - the language of the surfer. As a bonus you will get fit and healthy.
Flying Fish surf training takes place at Manly, the first of Sydney's Northern Beaches, and on "surfari" up the New South Wales coast to Byron Bay. We have experienced coaches who guarantee to improve your technique in a safe but challenging environment - and it's real fun. Our instructor traineeships include training in surf lifesaving and soon you'll be wearing the famous yellow and red lifeguard's hat.
