Yacht Management with Flying Fish means you can rest assured. Step on board and sail away while Flying Fish manages all the legal, tax, maintenance, and chartering issues.
We enable you to keep a yacht in the Solent and earn money from your investment. Flying Fish removes the time and hassle of maintenance. You can use your boat whenever you want to go sailing, and we'll charter it out for you when you don't. We earn a percentage of the charter fee, but the majority goes to you.
With over ten years experience of yacht operation in Sydney and Cowes, Flying Fish provides expert advice and manages everything involving your yacht, including all the tax issues if required.
We can guarantee you a gross income of £30,000 a year, based on our standard usage programme. Value Added Tax can usually be reclaimed on new yacht purchases, with VAT being paid on the value of the yacht when you sell her at the end of the management agreement. You will also be able to offset many of the day-to-day running costs.
Your yacht will be professionally maintained by us and, when you want to use her, she will be ready for you, cleaned and with full tanks of fuel and water. We have berths at East Cowes Marina and we are happy to deliver your boat to any port in the Solent.
Flying Fish can also provide you with a personal programme of sail and or race training on your yacht through our RYA sea schools, Flying Fish UK and Flying Fish Australia.
