Cowes is regarded as the home of racing with its superb location at the centre of the Solent, while Middle Harbour Yacht Club is home to our Sydney sailing base, boasting one of the most spectacular locations in this waterfront city.

Utilising our fleet of sailing boats, we will work with you to ensure that your event achieves maximum results. Our approach to the management of your day is very much in a consultative manner. With so many different options open to you including location, format of day, hospitality, duration and cost, we believe that having one of our team members to work with you at the development stage, will ensure you maximise your return.
Below is an example of one of our typical Cowes based team building events:
- Guests arrive for breakfast hosted on the yachts or at one of the many sailing clubs located in Cowes. Crews are briefed on safety onboard and format of the day
- Yachts depart and crews start working on "skills and drills" including helming, sailing, trimming and racing, all skills promoting team work
- Yachts anchor or moor for lunch at one of the many great locations in the Solent from Osborne Bay to the Beaulieu River
- Yachts prepare and depart for the afternoon's activities. This can be anything from a timed trial around a fixed course to head to head racing. If you require more yachts, the event can be extended into a regatta format
- Return to Cowes and complete the day's events over dinner including a prize giving - or simply a refreshing drink at one of the many nautical pubs located in the village

Depending on the number of guests you wish to entertain, any number of yachts can be used for your event. And the fun does not have to stop with just yachts. We can include high speed RIBS's as part of the entertainment. Anything is possible and we would be pleased to talk through other enhancements to your day such as corporate clothing and photography.
