Overview
The Dinghy Instructor Course will teach you all you need to know to become a competent RYA Dinghy Instructor and will prepare you for work as a professional or club Dinghy Instructor.
The Dinghy Instructor Course
Designed for sailors who have not spent time on the water but have a passion for the outdoors and who want to become Dinghy Instructors. An able Instructor will have a good grasp of the fundamentals of sailing. For the first two weeks our programme focuses on just that, the basics. We will teach or refresh the key elements of sailing, seamanship, spinnakers and theory, and before you know it you will be flying a spinnaker, surfing downwind.
The course covers all the RYA Dinghy Sailing modules, from RYA Day Sailing to the performance sailing module, so if you are new to sailing or have been sailing for a while and would like to refresh your skills ,then this course is for you.
